Ricotta is one of the most versatile cheeses there is, perfect as a dip, on a cheese plate, in salads, pasta, fillings, and any baking. In this outdoor hands-on workshop, you will learn the art of creating your very own whole milk ricotta to enjoy in three different styles, as well as experience first hand some wine and cheese tasting tips and tricks with our Winters Cheese Co cheesemaker Sacha Laurin.
