Yolo Rental:

For parties larger than 50 guests, our large private rental can host celebrations for up to 80 people. Invite your friends, family, or colleagues out to our Winery on Buckeye Rd. to celebrate in the Yolo Countryside for your special event. Our outdoor patio features a large shaded structure, private pergolas, and a large bar to serve your guests from all angles of the patio. 

Wine club members enjoy a special perk of 15% off their private rental purchase, some restrictions apply. Reservations made online will be confirmed by our Events Manager.

• Guest Count: 50-80
• 81+ guests can be accommodated for an additional fee, please inquire.
• $1,800 (+tax) for a 4-hour venue rental of the entire winery outdoor patio
• Wine Club members receive 15% off the retail price, $1,500(+tax) for a 4-hour venue rental.
• $500 deposit or paid in full to reserve your date.
• We help you design your event space with our in-house supply of farm tables, white padded folding chairs, lounge furniture, cocktail tables, heaters, and fire-pits. Set-up and breakdown of all tables, chairs, and bar included in the rental price. 
• Additional $750 add on for use of our round tables, table clothes, linen napkins, plates, utensils, centerpieces/decor, and games. (Optional) 
• Music of your choice is streamed from our music server via Bluetooth speakers. Create your own Spotify playlist to share with us for your event. 
• The rental fee does not include wine or food 
• Outside food and catering allowed, please provide this information before the rental date.
