The Boss is a Petite Sirah blend that we produce every year. Petite Sirah is the main varietal that contributes the driving flavor and structure of this wine. Our winemakers choose the darkest and richest wines in the cellar to create this wine, yet it remains well balanced and very approachable. With notes of anise, butterscotch, hazelnut, and boysenberry this wine is best consumed by the bottle.

Pairing: Rack of Pork Ribs with a Natural Rub of Garlic Salt, Cumin, Pepper and a Dash of Chipotle Pepper.
