Turkovich Family Wines is committed to providing quality wines, products and services, and to take care of the customers who enjoy those wines. We are committed to offering a full satisfaction guarantee on all wines you purchase directly from us. Should a situation arise where you are unhappy with the wine you received from us, contact us within 6 months of the purchase date and we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible. We are unable to guarantee the storage and quality control of retailers, restaurants and other third parties. Damaged wines purchased from third parties must be returned directly to the place of purchase. We can only offer our satisfaction guarantee on wines purchases directly from Turkovich Family Wines. We reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.
